Jennifer began her breast cancer journey in May 2021. During a visit at NYP/BMH Main Medical Clinic, she presented her most recent mammography report to the attending doctor and was told to contact the Women’s Breast Center immediately. She did. “Sister, Give Me Your Hand,” best describes her breast cancer journey from diagnosis to wellness today. And yes, brothers helped too! Jennifer gives credit to things too many to mention. Some include caregiver-patient relationships of trust, patience, encouragement, and open communication. Thankful for new insights about breast cancer, she is intentional about giving her hand to others. Jennifer resides with her family in Brooklyn, New York.
