Lynn Morris is an influential, vibrant, genuine and caring person. She has an attractive personality having worked in diverse roles in the educational system, and churches.  Lynn demonstrates her leadership as a teacher, policy council representative, parent advocate, administrator for health fairs and coordinator for community events.

A Certified Nouthetic Counselor, Lynn was selected as a workshop speaker for the National Biblical Counseling Association Conference. She has also served with Global Projects Mission and travelled to Haiti where she was a crisis counselor, relief aid, and workshop facilitator through inspirational dance. Having received training in QRP suicide prevention, Lynn has served as a Chaplin Aide in the hospital and as a certified Crisis telephone counselor with Contact Help Hotline.

With such an extensive background in service, Lynn was featured in Cooper MD Anderson Survivor Times / Volume 11, 2019.

Lynn enjoys storytelling which enlightens, uplifts, and provokes the heart to action. She writes dramatized skits that display coping skills for life problems.

Eight years ago, Lynn was diagnosed with stage II Breast Cancer. After undergoing surgery, radiation, and chemo, she went into remission. Unfortunately, the cancer returned and progressed to stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer. Despite that report, she would not allow that traumatic diagnosis to dominate her life. Turning her purpose into pain, she founded “Walk With You”, a nonprofit organization for individuals and families that are affected with cancer.  2walkwithyou@gmail.com.

Lynn is thankful for all the medical professionals that has helped in her treatment. Disease free, she declares that her faith in God has been her sustaining source of life and wellbeing.
